A Will can be an extremely complex legal document and in a lot of cases is invalid, if this is the case then the law of intestacy would supersede your will and distribute your estate for you. There is also a lot more than just the distribution of your personal possessions and assets that need to be taken into account, for these reasons we would never recommend you write your own.
